Service providers are contractually obliged to manage their client base in a predefined
manner. For example, property repairs must be actioned and completed within pre-defined
timescales based upon the category of repair, etc. ilm Software has worked with
authorities and in consultation with the Home Office to help service providers manage
these obligations. As contracts and legislation changes, Sanctuary will continue
to include the required enhancements.
Many service providers take over a day to collect and collate the schedule information
required by NASS to recharge accommodation / client costs. Sanctuary is able to
do this in a couple of seconds. Now that the new client based contracts are in place,
this is true of those schedules also. Managing utility meter readings to ensure
best value for money can also take up vital staff time. Sanctuary enables service
providers to realise that lost effort and allows them to demonstrate efficiencies
and improve service provision.
