In order to support our growing customer base, we have developed our own service desk system that allows customers to log issues and track their progress. We aim to follow an ITIL model for system support with our service desk web pages as the primary route for issue logging. By operating a web based service desk, many software suppliers have found that a more efficient service can be offered to customers.
